Minutes Meetup #5 Surabaya will be part of the Road to Manager Fest 2026. This meetup will focus on adaptability — the ability to adjust strategies, make decisions with limited resources, and navigate the shift in professional life. To make the session more engaging and experiential, the meetup will combine a short insight session with an interactive board game experience using the strategy game Splendor. Through this activity, participants will experience how decision-making, resource management, and adaptability also appear in a simple game—much like in real professional situations.
